I have been using the services of Stock Watch since 2018 in Taylor’s Bar. They are brought in routinely, mainly on a monthly basis and sometimes fortnightly. They carry out independent and thorough stocktaking on the beverage side of our businesses. Reporting on margin, stock on hand, movement, outages, etc are all generally available by close of business on the same day. The reporting is excellent and extremely thorough with a comparison by PLU / Product item of stock movement to actual till sales, giving excellent information on where any outages/cash shortages are occurring. Due to their significant experience in the sector over many years as operators and stock takers, they know where the issues are and can easily identify issues that arise in the business and most importantly offer solutions and advice on how to address matters in a practical way to improve your business. We have used internal stocktaking and find that the level of accuracy and attention to detail is unmatched.
